What's the returns policy?

  • Due to COVID19 concerns, we currently do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Where do you ship or fulfill orders from?

  • We fulfill orders from our warehouses in the US (California), the UK (Daventry), and Australia.

What postal services do you use?

  • We use Fedex for US orders
  • We use Yodel, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and ABM for UK & EU orders.
  • We use Aus Post for AU orders.
  • For wholesale and corporate orders, we ship straight to you from our factory in Thailand using DHL.
  • Other international orders will be dispatched from the UK warehouse with ABM. 

How long does shipping take?

  • 2-5 days if within the US, Europe, or Australia. Delay might occur if there is a delay within your region due to COVID19.
  • 7-14 days for international shipping.

I have a store and would love to sell your masks to my customers. What's the minimum? What's your wholesale pricing?

  • MOQ is 100 units. Wholesale prices are 50% of RRP excluding shipping and taxes. We will ship your order straight from our factory in Bangkok. Shipping cost is averaging at about $0.75 each with DHL.

Do you do custom or corporate orders? What's the MOQ? What's the lead time?

  • We can create masks for you in the colors you want. If with Topside Wear logo, MOQ is 200. If with your logo, MOQ is 500. Lead time is 14 days from the date of confirmation which includes 50% deposit having been made prior to production and purchase of raw materials. The other 50% must be paid prior to shipping
